Simcoe Street United Church Puppet Troupe
The Simcoe Street United Church Blacklight Puppet Troupe is a group of dedicated children and youth (ages 7-16+) who enjoy the ministry of puppetry. The troupe has picked up a great deal of support and enthusiasm over this past year. With roughly 15-20 participants and over 200 hand-made props, this group is on the rise. They study biblical stories and themes, come up with a creative way to interpret these stories, construct their puppets and props, and after a lot of practice, they teach their congregation and community what they have learned through the art of puppetry. We are so lucky to have such talented young people in our community!
